FAQS

Q: My MU SpaceBot cannot be turned on.

A: Make sure the switch on the battery box is ON, and all the cables are connected to the pins with matching color . It is also recommended to use fresh batteries or fully charged rechargeable batteries.

Q: Does the package include any battery?

A: No. MU SpaceBot needs 3 AAA batteries.

Q: Where is the camera?

A: It is behind the hole in the front of the robot head.

Q: After I turn on the switch, the head of my SpaceBot is not in the center by default.

A: Please check step 8 and 9 to make sure the red mark on the servo gear is aligned with the servo arm pointing forward.

Q: Once turned on, the SpaceBot keep nodding its head with a “ding” sound.

A: This indicates the battery is low and the SpaceBot is rebooting itself because of low voltage from the battery. Try switching to a set of fresh batteries. We recommend using rechargeable batteries which hold voltage better than alkaline ones when discharging.
